For courses in which high school credit is awarded, state law requires that a student be in 90% attendance of the enrolled course, regardless of if the absences are excused or unexcused. For the fall semester 2018, a total of (4) absences are allowed per course. For the spring semester 2019, a total of (5) absences are allowed per course. After a student reaches the maximum absences allowed, they are required to make up hours to regain the credit for the semester.

If students owe only a few hours, they may make them up in tutoring using the form below. If students owe several hours, they need to attend Gateway Tech Saturday School to make-up their time.
